I’ve known Joe since I was a young child, and knew when it came time for me to purchase a home in WA, he would be the one I would trust to be my partner in this process. I can tell you as someone that knows him well, despite me leaving WA for the Navy at 19 and only recently returning, he is more than just a salesman, although he has that ability, he cares more about transactions that are mutually beneficial. He has told me stories of when he has done things that probably aren’t beneficial to him at the time, but how having that mentality has come around to benefit him in the end. Karma, if you will. When I recently purchased a new home, the project manager for the development said, “I don’t care what anyone says, your broker is a good guy”. The staff are very supportive and helpful to answer questions you have regarding the property you try to purchase. Also, they are very prompt to close out the issues and concerns you have. When you text or call them, they usually respond in the timely manner. The most importance is they always work hard to protect your benefits for the property you purchase.
